Chrono@Work has received a VIA grant from the European Regional Development Fund (EFRO) for support with the development of a new consumer service, namely individual coaching and advice on sleep-wake rhythm disturbances. The grant is for hiring expert Maureen van Veelen from Next Phase Management and Advice, who will help C@W to set up this new service.
The target group for this diagnosis and coaching service are people who suffer from sleep-wake rhythm disturbances, for example people who cannot wake up easily in the morning or who experience problems with working shifts. An analysis of the melatonin rhythm may be part of the counselling process. The aim is to make a proper diagnosis of the sleep-wake rhythm disturbances and, if indicated, refer to someone in a nationwide network of well-trained sleep therapists with knowledge of chronotherapy.
