It is all about healthy sleep and the right light at the right time. Prevention of sleep problems is the most important thing. But if you suffer from sleep problems our study may be interesting for you. Currently we are advertising for the last participants in our study, in collaboration with Seaborough on the possible effects of near-infrared light on health in people that suffer from some sleep problems.
